Los Angeles, California — A 19-year-old male has died following a severe head injury sustained during an assault in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) confirmed on Friday that the victim, identified as Joon Hee Han, passed away due to complications from the injury.
The incident occurred in late July near the intersection of South Harvard Boulevard and 7th Street. According to family members, Han was transported to a hospital in Whittier, where his condition deteriorated due to complications related to the head injury.
