Texas – A 19-year-old driver is hospitalized with a head injury following a police pursuit that concluded with a head-on collision late Thursday.  Olmos Park police initiated the pursuit around 11:30 p.m. after attempting to stop the driver for a flat tire on McCullough Avenue.
